Directors Biography
Andrei Tănase studied cinema at UNATC, Bucharest and works as a freelance screenwriter/director. One of his recent short films, 'Mc Russia' had its international premiere at the Semaine de la Critique section, in Cannes Film Festival in 2009.

Vlad Ilicevici is a graduate of the National Film School in Bucharest. He has directed several short films focused on children and animals, the beings he cherishes the most: 'Kings of the Castle' or 'Svenja & the Others'. He has co-directed (with Phillip Vogt) 'Ende Neu', a documentary about Einsturzende Neubauten, one of the most important, innovative and trendsetting German rock bands of the last 3 decades. As a member of the Bucharest-based ESTE’N'EST association, Vlad is one of the three leaders of the ANIM’EST International Animation Film Festival in Bucharest.
